The Post Office

The day we had been anxiously awaiting had finally arrived.  The Post Office assembly was held this afternoon.  Jobs and shifts were announced!

Mid-Prairie Spirit Day

As part of the Mid-Prairie Homecoming Week activities, today was spirit day.  We are a pretty awesome bunch of Mid-Prairie students!!

Career Day
Today was Career Day at Washington Township.  We had quite the variety of careers in fourth grade.

 We had the medical field...two doctors and a veterinarian.

We had farmers.

We had the Hollywood set...a rock star, a model, and a superhero.

Here is a New Mexico cowboy.

 We had a lawyer, a gymnast, a couch potato, and a chef.

AND...we had our sports figures.....football players and baseball players.

It was a fun day seeing and talking about our futures.

Baseball Multiplication

We are starting to work on our multiplication facts.  One of the ways we are practicing them is by playing Baseball Multiplication.  It is a fun way to practice our facts.

Neon Day
Today was Neon Day for homecoming spirit week.

We had the green group.

We had the pink group.

And we had the orange group.

We were quite the colorful group!

We even had neon glasses!!!

 

Even the toucan from our Global Children's Challenge location got into the act with a neon beak!!
